RENTAL RETURN & late fee POLICY 

• SEASONAL RENTALS - Due back in April of every following spring. The month of May is given as a grace period; we call everyone once. If rentals are not returned by June 1st, they are then considered late and will be charged a non-refundable $50 late fee. If still not returned by July 1st, each rental that is out will be charged in FULL for the next coming season.

• DAILY RENTALS - For each day the equipment is out past the due date or the rental is extended, the user will be charged for an additional day; i.e. $30 each day late or extended.

ALL RENTALS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE - if cancelled before they are picked up (seasonal or daily) the amount paid will stand as a store credit, valid for one full year and good for anything in store.
